In partnership with Hall Capital Partners and Mark Beffort, the $62 million development is underway and will consist of 343 units with 15,000 sf of retail. The site will anchor west downtown and sits adjacent to the recently opened 134 room 21c Museum Hotel and Jones Assembly music venue.
