In partnership with the Fuller family and Mark Beffort, Urban5 is in the preliminary stages of design and entitlement to develop 18 acres in one of the fastest growing suburbs of Ft. Worth, Texas. The $45 million mixed-use development will consist of four retail pad sites and 282 multifamily units with a combination of Big House and E-Urban layouts.
