Urban5 acquired the Stewart Metal Plant on 7.5 acres in 2012 and partnered with Gary Brooks of Cornerstone Development. The fully stabilized $60 million redevelopment located in Bricktown includes 400 apartments, 17,000 sf of retail space and a 220 room Hyatt AC hotel.
