Pinnacle Heights

In partnership with JB Hunt Transport co-founder Johnelle Hunt, the $100 million mixed-use development is almost fully stabilized. The multi-phased “new urbanism” community consists of 295 multifamily and live/work units, 30,000 square feet of commercial space, an upscale hotel and several restaurants. The goal is to recreate Main Street with an emphasis on walkability and public spaces.
